A two-story commercial building framed in structural steel and enclosed with insulated metal panel (IMP) roof and wall systems. The IMP envelope gave the client a fast, energy-efficient building shell without sacrificing the clean lines of the design.

A structural steel frame wrapped in insulated metal panels for BMW's Oxnard EV facility. The panel system gives the building a crisp, modern dealership exterior while the steel structure underneath was built to accommodate the specialized equipment loads inside.
